How does this work?​

You take a seat on the treatment table with your clothes on (or just in your underwear). You close your eyes and I turn on the lights above your body (about 2.5 meters away).

Healthy ultraviolet radiation. (mild UVA and UVB radiation) provide a deep feeling of well-being and relaxation

Possible effects of this treatment.


- The production of vitamin D and serotonin provide a good feeling.

- Sufficient production of serotonin during the day ensures a good conversion to melatonin , which you need for a good night's sleep.

When is this therapy not recommended?


- in mania
- in case of eye damage, especially retinal damage (in this respect an eye examination is recommended).
