Stage Percussion, Afro-dance and Salsa

Eric Henderickx is an experienced teacher. He takes you into the action. Getting energy flowing is an important goal. The better we do this together, the more intensive the lesson.

African dance has a rich tradition. I use this dance form as a source of inspiration and give the movement a contemporary twist. You get the chance to master and interpret the movements.

Together we make it a satisfying workout.

Salsa

Salsa is a heart-warming dance form that invites you to move together in a pleasant way. The steps are built up systematically. By combining different movements we create short figures to practice in a progression system.

Percussion

Various percussion instruments are used during these sessions. This way you get cool, contemporary combinations that stimulate teamwork.

Sometimes traditional African or Afro-Cuban rhythms are played, sometimes funky, jazzy grooves.

The program runs as follows:

from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM: Percussion

from 3:40 PM to 4:40 PM: Afro dance

from 4:50 PM to 5:50 PM: Salsa

This internship costs €30 for the entire day, €24 for 2 lessons and €15 for 1 lesson
