Some results of Dyad work include

  • With the help of Dyads we learn to trust ourselves and speak from our inner consciousness.
  • Creating a space to simply be who you are, as you are, as a person, in the company of someone else.
  • Deepen your connection with yourself and life.
  • Develop your capacity for mindfulness through Dyad meditation practice.

In this relaxed evening session, Nic Burnand and Sarah Dekker talk about this meditation technique. They offer a short demonstration and participants then get the chance to try it for themselves.

Afterwards, participants receive a handout to continue practicing at home.

You can come with your partner or girlfriend, but this is not necessary. You are also very welcome alone!

About the supervisors

Nic Burnand and Sarah Dekker are both enthusiastic about sharing the Dyad meditation form and have been offering 3-day and 7-day Dyad retreats since 2017. Together they create safe spaces for inner exploration and healing.
