Self-defense course for women

Together with a maximum of 10 other ladies, you will learn from Patrick, our instructor, how to defend yourself in a simple and very efficient way.

Patrick Verhelst is ,55 years old. and his great passion is martial arts. He has done , and and now practices of which he was taught by a Chinese grandmaster for 27 years.Karate for 6 years1 yearJiu Jutsuin the army,Kung Fu for about 42 years,

He gives self-defense workshops for women and girls. His intention is that they become more resilient in these strange times, without having to do endless training for it. His vision in this is self-defense is not waiting until it is too late and then hitting them.to prevent problem situations,
