Together we will identify your pitfalls and what exactly you keep encountering.

Three days from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. walking, then sitting, writing, singing. In case of serious physical complaints you will be cupped, we look at your lifestyle, your diet and your social contacts.

You sleep at home or, if you come from far away, in a nearby B&B.

I provide a healthy lunch with accompanying drinks (water/tea), tailor-made syllabus and possibly supplemented with audio material.
